Personal injury attorneys serving New Jersey & New York

Significant injuries create long records — medical, financial, and factual. The value of a claim depends on how well that record is built and presented.

What we handle

  • Car, truck, and motorcycle accidents
  • Slip and fall and unsafe property conditions (premises liability)
  • Negligent maintenance and inadequate warnings
  • Injuries with lasting medical and financial consequences

Insurance claims, handled with discipline

Injury claims are ultimately insurance claims, and insurers respond to documentation. We organize medical records and expenses, lost income, and the long-term impact of an injury, then present a demand the carrier has to take seriously. Our team's background in claims analysis and risk management informs how we value cases and how we negotiate them.

How we work with you

You focus on recovery; we handle the process — the claim notices, the record requests, the adjusters, and the negotiation. We keep you informed in plain language, and your medical and personal details stay strictly confidential: we treat your privacy as part of the representation.

We handle personal injury matters on a contingency-fee basis: case costs are deducted from the recovery first, and the attorney’s fee is a percentage of the net amount that remains — owed only if there is a recovery. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney’s fee and nothing for the case costs we advanced. The full terms are set out in a plain-English written retainer agreement before you sign.

Act promptly

Evidence fades quickly — surveillance footage is overwritten, property conditions are repaired, and witnesses move on. Statutes of limitation also bar late claims: in New Jersey, most injury claims must be filed within two years of the accident; in New York, generally within three; and claims involving public entities can require formal notice within as little as 90 days. If you were hurt, the best time to preserve the record is now.
